Online Therapy in Texas – Licensed Support for Grief, Burnout, Anxiety & Life Transitions
Trauma-informed therapy for individuals, teens, and professionals across Texas. Whether you’re navigating loss, burnout, anxiety, or a major life transition—therapy can be a space to be supported, not judged.
A Therapist Who Understands the Weight You Carry
Hi, I’m Kristina Kenyon, LMFT. I offer therapy to people who quietly carry more than they let on—emotionally, professionally, and relationally. You might be the one others turn to. In therapy, you finally get to turn inward.
Whether you identify as a caregiver, a high achiever, a teen navigating change, or someone simply moving through a hard season—therapy offers space to be supported in your own way.
My work is grounded in deep listening, honest reflection, and care that adapts to who you are—not just what you’re struggling with. If you’re facing grief, burnout, anxiety, or a major transition, therapy can help you slow down, reconnect, and find your way forward.
What Therapy Can Support You With:
Feeling anxious, restless, or emotionally shut down
Grief and ambiguous loss
Stress, burnout, or identity fatigue
Transitions in life, relationships, or career
Patterns around substance use, coping, and self-worth
Navigating caregiving, sensitivity, or internalized pressure
How I Work
Therapy is tailored to what you need—whether that’s a place to fall apart, make sense of things, or start rebuilding. We’ll draw from tools like mindfulness, body-based strategies, and trauma-informed care—always tailored to your comfort and pace.
-
Rooted in Relationship
Therapy isn’t about performance. You don’t need to “have it all together” here. This is a space where you can be honest, unravel, and feel deeply seen—without judgment or pressure.
-
Trauma-Informed & Integrative
I draw from EMDR, somatic tools, CBT, and depth-oriented approaches to meet the whole of you—mind, body, and story. We’ll work at a pace that honors your nervous system and lived experience.
-
Accessible & Flexible
Online therapy is available across Texas—so support fits into your life, not the other way around. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or managing a full schedule, care is just a click away.
Getting Started Is Simple:
-
Book a no-pressure call to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and explore whether we’re a good fit.
-
We’ll connect virtually through a secure video platform—so you can show up as you are, from wherever you are.
-
If it feels aligned, we’ll move forward with sessions tailored to your needs, pace, and goals.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about honoring what you’ve carried—and helping you come home to yourself.
From Austin to El Paso, Dallas to Houston—therapy is available across Texas. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply need space to process, reaching out is a step toward support.

Yes, I accept a limited number of insurance plans, including Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health, to make it easier to access care. For all other plans, I’m considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement—coverage and rates depend on your individual plan.
To simplify the process, I also partner with Thrizer, a third-party service that helps manage out-of-network claims. If you’d like to use Thrizer or have questions about how it works, I’m happy to walk you through it.

Therapy is relational. Instead of navigating alone, you have someone to go deeper with—helping you spot patterns and create real change.
Healing begins with trust—in yourself and in the process. Together, we can navigate life’s complexities and help you rediscover your inner strength.
