Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, I accept a limited number of insurance plans, including Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health, to make it easier to access care. For all other plans, I’m considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement—coverage and rates depend on your individual plan.
To simplify the process, I also partner with Thrizer, a third-party service that helps manage out-of-network claims. If you’d like to use Thrizer or have questions about how it works, I’m happy to walk you through it.
-
Yes, I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients who need flexibility through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform called Simple Practice. Virtual sessions offer a convenient and effective way to connect. Many clients appreciate how online therapy reduces the stress of commuting and makes it easier to prioritize and attend weekly sessions consistently.

For individuals with demanding schedules who do not have the flexibility to travel to an office and would like in-person sessions. I come to a location that’s convenient for you—whether that’s your home, office, or another private space within my service area. This option provides maximum flexibility, confidentiality and discretion.

I work with a diverse range of clients, including teens (14 and older), adults, and professionals in high-pressure roles such as executives, entrepreneurs, finance, lawyers and healthcare providers. Many of my clients are highly motivated individuals who juggle demanding careers, relationships, and personal challenges like anxiety, stress, life transitions and a vast array of other issues. I also support individuals navigating addiction recovery, helping them find the path that’s right for them. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space to work through the challenges that life presents, no matter your background or life stage.

Therapy can be a meaningful step when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself. It’s not about having everything figured out from the start; it’s about being open to exploring what might be holding you back. Whether you’re facing a major life change, dealing with stress or burnout, working through a difficult event, or trying to improve your relationships, therapy creates a space where you can slow down and focus on yourself. If you’re wondering whether therapy is right for you, that’s already a sign that it’s worth exploring. Together, we can determine if this is the right fit for where you are and what you need.
Healing begins with trust—in yourself and in the process. Together, we can navigate life’s complexities and help you rediscover your inner strength.
