What is Eye Movement Desensitization
and Reprocessing (EMDR)?

EMDR is a powerful, research-supported therapy designed to help you process and heal from trauma, anxiety, or distressing experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess stuck memories and reduce their emotional charge.

You might feel like past events still affect your present—whether it’s heightened anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling “triggered” by certain situations. EMDR works by helping your brain connect the dots, so you can move forward without being weighed down by the past.

It’s not about reliving trauma; it’s about finding relief. Together, we can use EMDR to help you feel lighter, freer, and more empowered to live the life you want. If you’re ready to let go of what’s holding you back, EMDR could be the next step in your healing journey.
