About….

A little about me: I have worked in facilities, institutions, the community, medical clinics, private offices and telehealth settings, which has helped me cultivate a compassionate yet interactive and guiding approach. My focus is on assisting clients in facing life's challenges and developing tools and strategies to confidently manage those challenges.

I view therapy as similar to seeking medical treatment. Sometimes you may need to see a provider for a period of time, then go months or years without needing therapy. Therapy should be flexible and accessible whenever and however you need it.

I welcome all backgrounds and value your unique story. I want to help you get better.
